Refund Policy

30-day course promise

Unless a checkout page says otherwise, you may request a refund within 30 days after purchase if the course is not right for you.

You do not need to provide a long explanation, but feedback helps improve the course.

How to request a refund

• Contact the support contact shown at checkout or inside your account from the email address used at checkout.
• Include your name, purchase email, order or receipt number if available, and the course you purchased.
• If your account uses a payment plan, say whether you are requesting cancellation of future payments as well as a refund of eligible paid amounts.

What happens after approval

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment processor and your bank.

Refunded access may be removed after the refund is processed. Downloaded or saved course materials must not be used, copied, shared, or redistributed after a refund.

Payment plans and partial payments

Payment plans are a convenience for paying the course price over time, not separate monthly subscriptions unless checkout states otherwise.

If a refund is approved during the refund window, eligible paid installments may be refunded and future installments may be cancelled. After the refund window, unpaid installments may remain due unless support approves an exception or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Abuse and exclusions

We may deny or limit refunds when there is evidence of abuse, fraud, account sharing, bulk downloading, chargeback misuse, repeated purchasing and refunding, violation of the Terms, or use that is inconsistent with a genuine trial of the course.

Third-party fees, currency conversion costs, bank fees, tax differences, or promotional bundles may be handled according to the payment processor and applicable law.

EU/UK digital content rights

If EU, UK, or similar consumer rules apply, you may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for online purchases.

For digital content or digital services, those rights can be affected when you expressly agree to immediate access or streaming and acknowledge that starting performance may waive or limit the withdrawal right, where the law permits.

This policy does not reduce statutory rights. Where the 30-day promise is more generous than mandatory law, the promise applies unless there is abuse or another stated exclusion.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact support before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may cause temporary account restrictions while the payment is reviewed.

We reserve the right to provide course-access, checkout, refund, and account records to payment processors and banks to resolve disputes.
