These Terms govern access to Siebert Science, Siebert Science, and related course, community, checkout, and learning-platform features.
the course provider provides the course materials and public website content. Prep OS provides the hosted software, account, payment, delivery, and platform infrastructure used to make the course available.
If a mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, these Terms do not limit those rights.
Using the course and platform
You may use the website and course only for lawful personal learning purposes unless a separate written agreement allows another use.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- Do not share, resell, scrape, download in bulk, copy, or redistribute lessons, resources, quizzes, flashcards, community posts, or platform content.
- Do not bypass technical limits, access controls, payment checks, or security features.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or harmful material.
Educational content only
Siebert Science is educational content. It is not medical, legal, financial, diagnostic, admission, licensure, or professional advice.
Anatomy, physiology, health-science, test-prep, and study-strategy examples are provided for learning. You should not rely on them for patient care, clinical decisions, emergency decisions, or professional practice.
Course results vary. We do not promise a specific grade, exam score, admission result, certification, license, job outcome, or income result.
Payments, access, and refunds
Prices, included features, taxes, currency, installment terms, and access periods are shown at checkout or in the offer page for the course.
Access may depend on successful payment, fraud screening, account status, and compliance with these Terms.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy unless mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights.
Intellectual property
the course provider and its licensors own the course content, brand assets, public marketing content, lessons, images, explanations, and educational materials. Prep OS and its licensors own the platform software, interfaces, infrastructure, and related technology.
Purchasing or accessing the course gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the materials for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership.
Community, uploads, and feedback
If you post comments, messages, assignments, feedback, reviews, or other user content, you remain responsible for it.
You grant the course provider and platform provider the rights needed to host, moderate, display, process, and support that content in connection with the course and platform.
We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or maintain service quality.
Interactive tools and AI-assisted features
The platform may include search, practice, flashcards, automated suggestions, AI-assisted study support, or similar interactive tools.
These tools can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be checked against course materials, official instructions, and professional guidance where relevant.
Do not enter sensitive personal data, patient data, protected health information, or confidential third-party information unless the feature explicitly allows it and you have the right to do so.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and platform available, but access can be interrupted for maintenance, security, outages, product changes, or events outside our control.
Features, content, and pricing may change over time. Material changes that affect paid access will be handled in a commercially reasonable way and subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Disclaimers and liability limits
The website, course, and platform are provided on an as-available basis except where a paid offer or mandatory law says otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the course provider and platform provider disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay amounts owed, abuse refund or chargeback processes, or misuse the platform.
Sections about intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, payments owed, dispute handling, and legal compliance survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the seller is established, except where mandatory consumer rules require another result.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact support so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
